the 'Red River', the Brahmaputra,
and the 'Blue Hills' Assam offers
awesome panoramic beauty with its

Assam is identified by its Bihu songs
and dances, the Kaziranga Wild Life
Sanctuary where the rare one-horned
rhinoceros roams at will and silks
such as 'paat' and 'muga' which rank
amongst the finest in the world. The
state's tea, which finds its way to
millions of homes all over the globe
and the Shrine of Kamakhya which,
draws thousands of devotees every

Day 01 : Delhi/Kolkata
- Guwahati - Kaziranga NP Assistance
on arrival and drive to Kaziranga
NP (217Kms, 6hrs) is a highly reputed
wildlife protected area. It is the
largest undisturbed representative
area of Brahmaputra, its flood plain,
grassland and forest. Reputed to be
a mini Africa in the Indian sub-continent,
the Park has more than 70% of the
world's one-horned rhino population,
70% of the world population of the
Eastern Swamp Deer (Cervus duvuaceli
ranjitsinhii) and 75% of the world's
wild Asiatic water buffalo. It has
a significant population of the Asian
Elephant Rest of the time free at
leisure. Upon arrival check into hotel.

Day 02 : Kaziranga
NP Morning Elephant safari (1hrs)
to see the wild life & in the
afternoon start Jeep Safari to see
the wild life at Central Range. Later
return back to hotel. Rest of the
time free at leisure. Dinner &
Overnight at hotel.
Day 03 : Kaziranga
NP Morning Elephant safari (1hrs)
to see the wild life & in the
afternoon start Jeep Safari to see
the wild life at Western Range. Later
return back to hotel. Rest of the
time free at leisure. Dinner &

Day 04 : Kaziranga
NP - Nameri National Park
After breakfast drive to Nameri National
Park (70km, 2hrs) is located in the
foothills of the Eastern Himalayas.
It is 200 sq. km area and contiguous
on its northern boundary with Pakhui
National Park (810 sq. km). Nameri
is really on the edge of a huge wilderness
area. Both Nameri NP and Pakhui WLS
are declared as Tiger Reserve under
Project Tiger. You need to cross the
snow-fed Bhorelli River to visit the
Park and walks are allowed (which
is not permitted in Kaziranga NP).
The habitat is diverse more close
to Manas National Park (which is now
closed). Sighting of wild animals
is difficult but the place has over
350 species of birds. Known to be
a good place to sight the White-winged
Wood Duck, pax can view Ibisbill (uncommon),
Ruddy Kingfisher, Wreathed hornbill,
Long-billed Ringed Plover, Sultan
Tit, and Yellow-bellied and White-throated
Fantails.
Traditionally known for its Golden
Mahseer. The Bhorelli flows along
the southern periphery of the Park.
Its record on rod and line is a 24.5
kg (52lb) golden Mahseer. Angling
is regulated and is permitted strictly
on a catch, record and release basis.(angling
season starts Oct-ends March) Other
sporting fish found are Saal (Murral)
Gorua (Goonch), the Indian trout and
the Chocolate Mahseer. The best spots
are approachable by boats. Best time
month of November and during months
Feb-March. Afternoon free. Overnight
at Nameri NP.
Day 05 : Nameri
NP Morning cross the river and
trek inside the park. Evening fee
at camp site.
Day 06 : Nameri
NP Full day white water rafting
at snow-fed Bhorelli river. Overnight
at Nameri.
Day 07 : Nameri
NP - Manas National Park After
breakfast drive to Manas (245km, 6hrs),
is situated in Kamrup-Golapara district,
on the foothills of the Himalayas
south east of river Manas along the
Assam- Bhutan border. Manas known
for its Project Tigers, Rhinos &
Elephants, and is Assam's one of the
two Tiger projects. The scenic beauty
and rare wealth of wild life combine
with this unique world heritage site
to offer one of the most enthralling
experiences. Dinner & Overnight
at Manas.
Day 08 : Manas
Morning Jeep Safari inside the park
followed with Elephant ride to see
the wild life. Later return back to
hotel. Rest of the time free at leisure.
Dinner & Overnight at hotel.
Day 09 : Manas
- Guwahati - Kolkata/Delhi After breakfast
transfer to Guwahati Airport (176km,
5hrs) to board flight to Kolkata.
